You may order on-line, call us or mail us your order.  These items are NOT for resale.

• Due to increased transportation costs, we are now requiring all mail order customers to obtain a quote for shipping prior to placing your order.  Additional charges may apply for any orders for delivery outside the continental United States.
• Please allow at least 24-48 hours to obtain a quote and process your order. 
• Ice Cream by Mail orders are only shipped Monday - Thursday.  Any orders placed after Wednesday at 5:00pm EST will be shipped the following Monday. 
• Ice Cream by Mail is shipped Federal Express Next Day service. Orders are shipped Monday - Thursday.  Applegate Farm is not responsible for any delays that may occur on the part of the third party shipping company.  These include, but are not limited to, inclement weather, natural disaster and/or transportation delays.
• If you provide us with a preferred delivery date we will do our best to meet this date or we will let you know via email/phone if we must schedule for a different date. 
• Important: It is recommended that you provide an address at which someone will be present to sign for the package during business hours (most deliveries between noon and 4:30pm). In the event that there is no one present to receive the package at the time of delivery, Federal Express will leave the package at the safest entrance available, in order to insure delivery that day. A second delivery attempt may not be possible until the following day which could result in melting.
